I think that it should still be expected to display in some manner. Although the workflow has slightly changed, displaying the default value (Good) is still problematic. The display isn't just localized to "quality" though. If the template creator leaves, for example, "Reference" unselected, there is not a way for another user to inherently know the default value for Reference "Yes / No" This may be separate bug worthy, but the column for condition is still labeled "Mint Condition?" and should be relabeled to "Quality".
