Comment 8 for bug 1251353

I'm not against tests in the least. There is a script which purports to test QP (Open-ILS/src/support-scripts/test-scripts/query_tests.pl), but it doesn't seem to be called from anywhere. How about I add a test for the {}s there, and we agree to revisit this ASAP for 2.next, for better (failure-expected, etc) coverage.
