Comment 3 for bug 1228378

After some quick research, the problem seems to be that ctx->{referer} is null in the sub mylist_action_redirect in EGCatLoader/Container.pm, which is causing the same page to reload and be redirected to itself.

I am still looking into this but thought this info might help others who have more knowledge of the ctx->{referer} in this situation.
