Having a nice public monologue with myself so why stop at that?

I amended that last commit, assuming no one has checked it out yet, so that the trigger function still does its thing under the old circumstances. The difference now is that status_changed_time is only set to NOW() if the new status changed time is null or it is equal to the old status changed time.
