Comment 68 for bug 1198465

Now that https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1406367 has gone into master, the cstore refactor branch has a conflict in Open-ILS/src/perlmods/lib/OpenILS/Application/Storage/Publisher/action.pm.

I am unsure how to resolve this.
