Comment 37 for bug 1187993

Tested this morning in NVDA and this works really well. In addition to my signoff, this branch contains one tiny CSS change to space out the suggestion term and class with a little margin--they were sometimes appearing squished together when there wasn't a longer term in the list to push them apart.
