I've started a new collab branch, collab/gmcharlt/lp1086458_comprehensive_experimentation:

So far, this branch works off an idea by Jason and adds a class to keep track of and cleanup event listeners. It applies this to most of the patron and circ pages so far.

Other avenues I'm investigating:

- ccdump is showing that the oncommand event listeners for menuitems in util_overlay.xul don't seem to be cleaned up automatically
- event listeners associated with XBL bindings don't seem to be cleaned up automatically other.
