I think the direction I was thinking to move towards is having different 264 based on the indicator 2 flag show up with different labels in TPAC if found.

So if a 264 ind2 of 4 shows the copyright date only, I'd want that to be an entry in the record details labeled "copyright: " while an 264 ind2 of 1 would be "publisher info: " (or similar). And same treatment for the other ind2 types.
