While I can't specifically help with your problem, I just wanted to send a note for you to keep in mind that we all may not have the exact same record in our systems to verify this. Your record for "The Economist"
may be quite different from someone else, or maybe they don't have it at all.

  Add/insert field not working

Bug description:
  When adding or inserting a field in the MARC editor, it does not place
  the field where you are pointing. It places it anywhere and everywhere
  in the record out of order. We are on 2.2.0. Sample record: The
  Economist.
