Comment 2 for bug 758712

Is it normal for the hex characters ([0x1f][0x8b][0x8]....) to be dumped to cloud-output.log during the transfer from the 1st sc to walrus? This happens during euca-create-snapshot, not euca-create-volume. It may be a different problem from the inter-cluster transfer from walrus to the 2nd sc.
