Apparently we need distributor-logo.svg in more sizes to override Ubuntu logo. Ubuntu's logo is added by gnome-icon-theme-full upon which elementary-theme depends. In particular, we need 16px, 22px, 24px and 32px. We already have 48px. So we should either
1) Add distributor-logo icons in 16px, 22px, 24px and 32px sizes to elementary theme
2) Drop dependency on gnome-icon-theme-full and use the stripped gnome-icon-theme package, but this way we may end up having ugly edit-cut, etc.
