After login, desktop take a really long time to load

desktop takes a really long time to load, if it loads at all, meaning that if I fresh boot up pc it will load after a delay, but this is not the case if I change session and go to guest account and try to return, then it will not load.
Im running Lenovo z50-70 laptop with Quad-Core Intel® Core™ i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz and 16 gb of ram, 1T hhd drive

In my case,
Intel® Pentium® CPU G3260 @ 3.30GHz
Intel Corporation Xeon E3-1200 v3/4th Gen Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 06)
RAM 4GB
128GB SSD

Istalling mesa 13.0.4 solved it perfectly.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/updates
sudo apt update
sudo apt dist-upgrade

It's gone after update of today (2017-02-17-10:00 AM GMT + 9)
Well, I think I need to see more of it with rejecting of later update for a while.
