Bug Description

The Raleway font, used throughout the system, was recently updated (version 4.xxx) and now supports many more languages.

I should be agreed that Raleway needs to be updated for better i18n, but why elementary OS should use lining figures?

Lining figures should be used for short display texts, which is the context that Raleway is used in the system.

I removed info about lining figures instead of default oldtyle figures from description. To do this, you can fill a separate bugreport. Also I pushed MR.
