when i try to run the executable from the eclipse folder. The splash for eclipse shows up (good) and then all of a sudden system is almost dead. Mouse pointer movement is frame-by-frame (i7, 8GB RAM, HP Envy 15 Laptop), unable to open any other app.. in all cant do anything.

To recover from this I have to repeatedly press Alt + F4. After a couple to this process, the system is usable again. I am reporting it as eclipse neon, same build, works perfectly fine on Peppermint.
