Dropbox indicator dosen't works

Dropbox indicator dosen't works niether do that fix setting some dropbox_libapp..=1 and I already have downloaded all the dependencies such as pythonappindicator , libappindicator1 etc.

I am having the same problem.

I also tried all the steps in the following link to no avail.

It looks like there is a new version of Dropbox (v3.0.2) that was just released on 12/8/2014 that (among other things) included a rewrite of the Linux UI. Maybe something additional changed with this new version?

Newest version does nothing for me to bring back the indicator.
