Bug Description

Hi,

Im using Freya. After last update the GUI is broken. I see ugly shadows beside focused windows. Also, after clicking on icons on the bar in right corner popup windows also broken.

You should run:
sudo apt install xserver-xorg-video-intel=2:2.99.910-0ubuntu1.3+elementary2+r3~ubuntu0.3.1

affects: switchboard-plug-pantheon-shell → elementaryos
