Since it is a problem with "su" and "su" belongs to "coreutils", I propose this should be reassigned to "coreutils" component.

At the same time I would recommend changing the summary to something along the lines of '"su" fails to set XDG_RUNTIME_DIR in F16'.

That's exactly right.

Yes it does - see comment #10.

The proper runtime directory is created by the system, but "su" fails to set XDG_RUNTIME_DIR - see comment #10 and comment #11.

OTOH - I would like to generalize Dodji Seketeli's notion in comment #5, to point to or give the rationale behind the change, if it is purposeful rather than a random "feature" addition.
