Matthias, I am sorry, but I don't understand why you close this as 'NOTABUG'.
So what you are essentially saying by doing this is that end users should not expect dconf to work after they did 'su -', and for what it's worth, I would find that assertion questionable. In other words, this ought to be fixed somehow, IMHO.
