This is the full debug output when all codecs are selected and the mtu is set to 1500. Everything works as expected. Edit (477.7 KiB, text/plain)

Of note here: I was wrong about GSM. In the working scenario, Ekiga choses PCMA for the Ekiga Echo Test.
