I'm one of the main devs. Mainly, it was dashua doing v0.5 (in Lucid),
and I was too busy with school to maintain the theme. We'll take these
comments into consideration. :)

The nautilus breadcrumbs bar is a nautilus change. The smaller GTK
toolbars are probably a theme change (so that toolbars don't use too
much vertical space).
