This may actually be, and most likely is, a problem with metacity rather than the theme itself, however after the most recent update to Lucid Lynx, the separators are no longer displayed correctly in Firefox and the titlebar buttons have never been displayed correctly. I'm not sure why but Lucid beta came with the buttons on the left hand side, although all screenshots of this theme show them on the right. However, changing them results in the error seen in the screenshot.
