Comment 1 for bug 415619

This is an important bug. I am encountering it now trying to restore important files that were mysteriously truncated, and I don't know why the restore is failing. All I get is the "Error '[Errno 1] Operation not permitted" error. It does all the downloading of all the incremental sets and then fails with no explanation when it tries to write the restored files to disk.
