Bug Description
We need to version libmessage since we install it in the system. I've hit the problem a couple of times now where we have changed the proto but I end up linking against the one in the filesystem.
(We should also think about putting out include files in include/drizzle7 so that we don't accidentally use them during a build).

We can start versioning libdrizzledmessage ... but it seems like it's still heavily changing at the moment... might be a bit of a pain to manage.
As for the other thing, we can't really put the headers in include/drizzle7 - we'd have to change every file in the server and it still wouldn't do what you're wanting - but the compiler should always be preferring in-tree headers to system headers.
