Looks like some strange driver problem. Docky doesn't (directly) use VDPAU, as it is not OpenGL. The fact it complains about that then quits means maybe your Cairo or Gtk was compiled against VDPAU. At any rate, you need to fix that VDPAU issue. Not something we can help you with.
