minimize effect catch mouse position instead of sending window to dock

When I login mydocky starts automatically. I have compiz effects enabled and Magic Lamp for minimize selected. When i click the minimize button on a window instead of sending magically the window insidide the dock icon, it sends it inside the minimize button where the mouse pointer is. If i try to minimize the window by right clicking on dock's icon and then selecting minimize, thet it magically sends it into this selection where the mouse pointer is.

The problem fixes if i open Docky's Settings once. After this everything works as it should.
