Window previews don't always work. Docky doesn't always act as a "window list" applet.

Bug Description
Not sure how best to describe this. I have the Magic Lamp effect enabled in Compiz for minimise actions. Sometimes minimising a window will pull it down to the icon in Docky, other times it will minimise to some random spot on my desktop as if there is no "anchor" for the window in Docky. Furthermore, in these situations the window preview doesn't work either.
This always works in Gnome-Do with the docky theme.
If no one understands what I mean I will post a video.
Thanks.
