I'm running Mint 11 and installing Docky doesn't install python-dockmanager as a dependency. The lack of this package caused all helpers to exit with code 0. Thankfully whoever wrote the Transmission helper included some debug code that gave me an error message about a class called dockmanager.dockmanager not existing. Installing the package python-dockmanager fixed all of the helpers. I'll take the time to add the exact messages when I get back from school.
