Dockx will not dodge GIMP toolbox window

Bug Description
Dockbarx version: 0.48
OS: Debian 6.0.3
Dock tab settings:
Type - panel
Position - left
Behavior - dodge windows
Size - 55
The dock will not minimize and will overlay any open GIMP tool windows. This happens regardless of whether the tool window has focus. The dock will dodge the main GIMP window. This seems to be a new bug as it worked properly in 0.46.1.

Are you sure it worked in 0.46.1? I don't believe I have made any code that could handle gimp tool windows correctly. There's a major flaw in the autohide implementation right now, windows that are not listed under any applications in dockbarx will be ignored. That's good for "windows" like panels and the desktop but bad for free floating toolbars.
