launcher edit settings doesn't work without gnome-panel

Bug Description

I have xfce installed, and launcher edit feature doesn't work without gnome-panel.
Non customizable hardcoded 'gnome-desktop-item-edit' value in dockbar.py:980

def edit_launcher(self, path, identifier):
...
        process = subprocess.Popen(["gnome-desktop-item-edit", new_path],
                                   env=os.environ)

But xfce uses exo-desktop-item-edit, not gnome-desktop-item-edit

Please, make configuration option for this in future versions.
