I often start typing and hit return before Do's interface even pops up. A moment ago I wanted to access an item that happens to start with the same char as "move to trash". So I typed, hit return and guess what? A folder on disk was deleted.
I just noticed it because "nothing" happened after hitting return, so I summoned Do and retryped again slowly.
