Openstackx broken since nova api refactor

Bug Description

Nova did a massive rearrangement of their API files in this commit:

https://github.com/openstack/nova/commit/6c898e6abf44caa176790e9cd4505aeed145397c

As a result, not only is devstack trying to load a file that doesn't exist as an osapi_extension, all the imports in openstackx.extensions are incorrect.

Consequently devstack currently cannot correctly install either openstackx or horizon.

The fix will have to be in both devstack and openstackx.

Isn't openstackx deprecated and being replaced by novaclient ?

Yes, however that blueprint is not fully implemented and several portions of the openstackx API have yet to be migrated fully to the nova API, let alone novaclient. Until that time, openstackx is still a critical piece for horizon to communicate fully with nova.
