Comment 1 for bug 1576195

This is expected behaviour ... we install the latest RDO release [1] as a way to get to openvswitch packages, which aren't available elsewhere. We are not using the packaged versions of nova, etc from there, although they will be in the repo. The git checkouts should be on the right branches, and that is what devstack is running.
