Issues #1 & #2 have good

#1 resolution is correct:
$ ec2-import-keypair -f ~/.ssh/snappy-rsa.pub snappy-key

#2 suggested resolution is correct:
$ ssh -i ~/.ssh/snappy-rsa ubuntu@<PUBLIC DNS>

#3 should be:
$ ec2-describe-images -o 099720109477 | grep Snappy
