Bug Description
The dashboard should report, ideally:
- New apps submitted over a configurable length of time.
- Current state of the queues: How many apps are in each state currently
- Average time in each state, over a configurable length of time
- Average time from when an app reaches ReviewPending to when it reaches ReadyToPublished, NeedsInformation or Rejected.
- Stalled apps: List of apps that have been over a configurable length of time in certain states, or the top 10 offenders if there are many.
