Need a different view into the queue

Bug Description
At present the view into the "new application" queue is limited by the type of user. For instance, I see apps in the "moderation" queue (review pending) and once they leave that queue my visibility to the app is removed.
The only notification that an app has progressed is a email to the appdevelopers list. The email notifications will quickly overwhelm as more applications are submitted. This request could eliminate the need for the appdevelopers email notifications ( I think we still benefit from seeing notifications on applications as they are published).
Many of us would benefit with a "real time" view into the various queues. For instance, I would like to see what queue appx is in currently and monitor it's progression through the queues to alleviate any bottlenecks. The information that is useful is a "view" showing what date appx hit review pending, then the date it was moved to qa, etc.
This allows anyone to quickly glance at a page, see the various queue status and drill down on specific applications.
This request does NOT change the submitter's notifications to keep them in the loop - the submitter should be able to go to MyApps and see exactly where their application is in the process in "real time".

This really sounds like the application state dashboard that is currently in progress, I'll mark this bug as a duplicate, please update if you actually need something different here.
