Reviewer should be able to modify anything, especially description

As a reviewer, I often find myself needing to modify the description, either to correct a typo or add a warning note of some kind. (i.e., this game doe snot work properly with Intel video cards)

I don't know the plans for expanding the set of reviewers eventually.
Without that info, I'm wondering whether *you* specifically, or a
special set of reviewers, or all reviewers should be able to modify
anything. Given that a reviewer is uploading the actual package,
perhaps it makes sense...

As a reviewer I *should* not have to have webops make a simple change (like edit a typo or change a icon).
