As I mentioned in my earlier comment, packages are specific to each Ubuntu release; thus, those packages originally purchased for 14.04 can't be installed on 16.04.

If you don't have an Ubuntu 14.04 system available, the option I can offer, as mentioned above, is to have the cost of the purchases refunded to your account.

Let me know if this is acceptable. I apologize for the inability to install the software in the new version; packages are tailored to the specific Ubuntu version for which they were published.
