Comment 5 for bug 1678391

I have Ubuntu Studio 16.04 LTS on one hard drive and Ubuntu Studio 14.04
LTS on the other.

I am comfortable using the terminal if I am shown exactly what to enter
into it.

I am also calm, just tired of not getting any solutions. Can you tell by
my account what I paid for so we know how to proceed?
