myapps.dev.u.com has different banner than dev.u.com

Bug Description

You can sign into myapps from the top right of the dev.u.com home page.

When you do, this displays: https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/click-apps/

That sub domain page looks a lot like the normal developer.ubuntu.com page, but the banner is different and lacks several important recent changes, including the addition of the new Start section, the retirement of the Cloud section, among others.

Perhaps the myapp page should NOT show the whole banner, and thus avoid the issue of keeping the two sites in sync. Instead it can simply provide a button/banner that enables you to return to dev.u.com.

This would also clarify the issue posed here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntudeveloperportal/+bug/863270 because one would not expect when on dev.u.com to be 'signed in'.
