Bug Description
All ARB Queue Developers feedback should send an email to the ARB list. Currently a lot of feedback isn't immediately acted on because it's not clear that something happened.
E.g. on the review history of an app [1] only the initial request for information sends a notification e-mail.

There is a feature currently coming through that means when a developer comments on a more info request it is added back to the review pending Queue so it shows up to be ready or commented on, This is currently on staging an should be out on production Monday ish, I hope that will help with this issue.
