Chris,

It is true that I haven't posted anything lately, but many others have
taken up the slack. The XPS 13 is my primary computer and I had to switch
back to Windows because of several bugs (including this one) that were
causing me to spend more time troubleshooting than getting actual work
done. Sorry, but I cannot provide any further feedback at the moment. I
will eventually switch back to Ubuntu but, for now, I will now be able to
help troubleshoot.... Of course, there have been plenty of other people
posting updates. It seems incredible that you are still trying to fix this
after so long. I reported it immediately after it happened and while 13.04
was still in beta. You should have been able to just revert the change that
created the problem.
