Michael, I can't seem to be able to reproduce this error message.
Ever since this bug though, Deja Dup NEVER completes a backup in my case. I keep getting an error window with title "Backup Failure" and "Invalid Argument" in the window panel. I think that I don't have enough disk space left on my backup partition (I am backing up to a HD connected by USB to my wireless router and I don't have an easy access to see the amount of free space).
Does Deja sup fail gracefully in case there is no more space on the backup destination?
