Bug Description

People (myself included) are noticing that https://bugs.launchpad.net/deja-dup/+bug/668160 is not actually fixed in GNOME 3.x; there appears to be no way to see the progress of a scheduled backup. Nothing shows up in the systemwide notification center, nor is there a tray icon that in some way shows the backup operation's progress when clicked on.

$ lsb_release -d
Description: Fedora release 25 (Twenty Five)

$ rpm -q deja-dup duplicity
deja-dup-34.3-1.fc25.x86_64
duplicity-0.7.11-1.fc25.x86_64

FYI, I *do* get a notification in the notification center, but clicking on it just brings up an error and does not display the UI as I would expect, just like clicking on the minimized icon in the launcher when running under Unity.

This should be fixed with latest releases, in the 35.x line. I improved our notification support in GNOME3. Please re-open if that's not true.
