Should I take that to mean, comment out (with #) "blacklist nvidiafb" (I have an old nvidia Geforce card) so that it is NOT blacklisted?

I took this to say that vesafb and nvidiafb are the only ones in my file WITH a "#" so as not blacklisted. Right?
