I edited the bug report to reflect systemd-journal's use of 999, and am self-assigning.

Subscribing the sponsor and author for the systemd merge. I'm guessing this isn't something that could have been easily prevented unless you were looking for it, that being said, Foundations should be aware of this change, in case there are side-effects.
