Comment 102 for bug 1951491

I have similar problem with telegram-desktop on Kubuntu 23.10. Before the dist upgrade this snap used to work fine and could be launched from the application launcher. After the upgrade, the snap stopped working and no amount or remove or purge would make it work. I see this in syslog

Launching telegram-desktop from the command line works just fine though.
