I'm having the same problem here. I've attached an ssh -vvv log, timing info is as follows:

Start: Tue Mar 6 22:44:54 GMT 2007
Hung at line 59 until: Tue Mar 6 22:45:45 GMT 2007
Hung at line 65 until: Tue Mar 6 22:46:33 GMT 2007
Then proceeds normally.

Disabling GSSAPIAuthentication fixes the problem for me too.
