Funny part is that if I just put imports without 'try', they do work. Later on Horizon fails with a different error:

WARNING:root:No local_settings file found.
ImproperlyConfigured: The SECRET_KEY setting must not be empty.

I can reproduce it with Django 5.1. Julie what Django version do you have?
