For me, the problem does occur for movemail in emacs since an upgrade to precise last night:
movemail: gnome-keyring:: couldn't connect to: /tmp/keyring-dq8XqX/pkcs11: No such file or directory
System: Ubuntu 12.04 Packages: dpkg -l | grep gnome-keyring ii gnome-keyring 3.2.2-2ubuntu2 GNOME keyring services (daemon and tools) ii libgnome-keyring-common 3.2.2-2 GNOME keyring services library - data files ii libgnome-keyring0 3.2.2-2 GNOME keyring services library ii libpam-gnome-keyring 3.2.2-2ubuntu2 PAM module to unlock the GNOME keyring upon login
