Then try getting it refunded if they won't replace it, it's defect , manufacturing error, no sound, the soundcard is not properly activating. It is known as later it was fixed, and they even had info where to solder resistors to fix it, wich was removed tho, see tonymac forums.

It's a company to avoid if they won't replace broken stuff they sell, tell them to wire you money for win license ? There was no mention of windows only @ site ?

Tell them that it looses bios settings once in a while and defaults them, like it really does sometimes. Also complain about the usb3 compatiblity and dissappearing network card.

It's too expensive to have this 'no sound' feature.
